What is your return window?
We want you to feel your best in our pieces. If a set isn't the perfect match, we offer a 30-day return window for a full refund or exchange on eligible items.
Is there a fee for returns?
Yes, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This helps us maintain the high quality of our service and handle your return with care.
Which items are Final Sale?
To help us continue bringing you elevated essentials, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

I just received my order, but I need a different size. How do I exchange?
We want to help you find your perfect fit! Please initiate an exchange request within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you receive your exchange label, please ship the original item back promptly—labels expire after 14 days.
How do Pre-Orders work?
Pre-ordering secures your size in our most anticipated drops before they arrive. The date listed next to the product is an estimate. Because production can vary, your item may arrive slightly sooner or later than this date. We appreciate your patience as we get these pieces ready for you.
I live in Arizona. Can I pick up my order?
We love our locals! Yes, we offer complimentary pickup at our Mesa warehouse. Simply select "Pickup" at checkout. Please wait for an email confirming your order is Ready for Pickup before heading over.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries via DHL Express. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so there are no surprise fees upon delivery. Please note that international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We work quickly to get your order to you. Once an order is placed, we are often unable to make changes to the address or items. However, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you before it processes.
How do your sizes run?
Our mission is to create clothing that embraces every body. Our fits are generally "forgiving" and designed to move with you. We recommend sticking to your true size for that intended "lived-in luxury" feel. If you are between sizes, check the specific product description for the size chart or contact us for advice.
How should I care for my Foxy Kind pieces?
To keep your loungewear feeling soft and looking elevated, we recommend washing on a cold, gentle cycle and laying flat to dry. This protects the fabric and thoughtful stitching that makes our pieces special.
Can I exchange an item for a different color?
At this time, we are only able to process exchanges for a different size of the same color. If you would like to purchase a different color, please return your original item and place a new order.
