Return & Exchange Policy At-a-Glance

We accept returns and exchanges on items that are unworn, with tags attached, and in pristine condition.

  • 0–7 Days: Eligible for a full refund.

  • 8–14 Days: Eligible for exchange or store credit only.

  • After 14 Days: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Please Note: A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

To help us continue offering elevated essentials, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. The following are considered Final Sale:

  • All orders placed using Afterpay.

  • All items marked as "Sale."

  • Warehouse Sale orders.

  • BOGO sales, Bundles, or "Get 2 Free" promotional items.

 

 

Shipping Information

Processing Time Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed at our warehouse before it is shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order leaves our facility, The Foxy Kind is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information to ensure safe delivery.

Pre-Order Items

Items listed as "Pre-Order" have an estimated arrival date listed next to the product or size.

  • Please note this is an estimate; products may arrive sooner or later than the listed date.

  • We appreciate your patience as we prepare these elevated pieces for you. If you have specific questions regarding a pre-order status, please email us.

 

 

International Orders

We love our global community and ship to many international countries.

  • Duties & Taxes: Calculated at checkout. You will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.

  • Shipping Carrier: We use DHL Express for international shipments and will provide a tracking number.

  • Currency: You may use your local currency and payment method at checkout.

  • International Returns: While we do accept international returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
